KODIAK GAMING ANNOUNCES CLASS II APPROVAL OF GAME WARRIOR SOFTWARE PLATFORM™

Miramar Beach, Florida. Kodiak Gaming Ventures, LLC announced today that it has successfully completed the review and received a positive corresponding lab report and recommendation that Game Warrior™ Software platform meets the Class II guidelines set forth by IRGA.

A comprehensive review was completed by Eclipse Compliance Testing a division of NFA 777 located in Solon, Ohio. The review and testing was requested by Kodiak Gaming to assist Tribal Gaming regulators in determining if the Game Warrior™ software platform is in compliance with the Grandfather Provisions of the document titled, Technical Standard for Electronic, Computer or Other Technical Aids Used in the Play of Class II Games at 25 CFR Part 547 as issued by the National Indian Gaming Commission.

In total twenty-six (26) game titles and themes were reviewed which included a variety of 25L5R games, 3R1L mechanical slots and Keno games.
