Global Gaming Expo attendees did their share of double takes and U-turns on the first day of the Nobember show when they walked pask Kodiak Gamin’s booth and spied Major Leage Baseball’s hits leader signing pictures at a table next to the new “Charlie Hustle” - themed video slot machines.

It has been years since a really new video poker game has rocked the casino. Ernie Moody’s multipay video poker revolutionized the game, but that was more than 10 years ago. Since then, we’ve had a variety of mildly successful games (multi Strike comes to mind), but nothing revolutionary. The Global Gaming Expo of 2007 will introduce a video poker game that may just be that next wild thing in video poker.

As part of the G2E gaming convention opening today, expect to see Sopranos co-stars James Gandolfini and our hometown hero, Steve Schirripa unveiling a Soprano’s-themed slot machine for Aristocrat Technologies and Charlie Hustle baseball legend, Pete Rose will be touting the winning hand at Kodiak Gaming Booth…
